Safety Training and Consulting Company
JoSAFETY is a woman-owned safety training and consulting company focusing primarily on the mining industry. Since 2009, we have been building training programs based on various companies’ specific needs and training plans. We bring a different approach to safety training by engaging miners through interactive training, technology, and attentively listening to their opinions and thoughts. We use surveys and evaluations to keep changing and growing so that the training stays relevant. One of our core strengths is “actively caring” about our client’s safety, and we show this through our training, assisting in all aspects of safety compliance.
We help teach awareness of on-the-job-site accident prevention and utilization of correct procedures in case of an emergency.
On an ongoing basis, we research any changes in laws governing workplace safety; we actively stay up to date with the new and updated policy and workplace safety laws.
Our goal is to reduce fatalities , near misses, lost time, citations and most importantly, to make sure that miners go home safely at the end of each work shift.
